Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, used to sign you in (magic link or Google) and to contact you about your account.
• Media you upload. The photo or video you provide for a transformation. Source uploads are streamed to the AI provider to produce your result and are not stored on our servers after processing.
• Generated results. The image or video the model produces. Stored privately so you can download or unlock it.
• Prompts and settings. The text description and options you choose for a generation.
• Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only a Stripe customer reference and your credit/subscription status.
• Product analytics. Non-identifying events (for example: a page was viewed, a generation started, a checkout completed) used to understand and improve the funnel. These records never contain your prompt text or your media.

How your media is stored and accessed

Generated results live in a private storage bucket. They are never served from a public or guessable URL. Every request for a full-quality result is checked, on our server, for who you are and whether you own and have unlocked that specific result. Locked results are served only as a low-resolution, watermarked preview until purchased.

How long we keep it

• Source uploads: not retained after your result is produced.
• Locked (unpurchased) results: retained up to 30 days so you can pay for them later, then automatically deleted.
• Unlocked (purchased) results: retained so you can access what you paid for, until you delete them or your account.
• Financial records (credit ledger, invoices): retained as required for tax and accounting.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors strictly to run the service: Supabase (auth, database, private media storage), Stripe (payments), and the AI providers that generate your media — Google Gemini for images and Kling (via fal.ai) for video. Your prompt and source media are sent to the relevant provider only to fulfil your request. We do not sell your data.

Your rights and controls

• Delete individual results at any time from the app.
• Delete your entire account from Account settings. This permanently erases your profile, your generations and all of your stored media. It cannot be undone.
• Request access to or correction of your data by emailing otherscene.contact@gmail.com.
