The service

OtherScene lets you upload a photo or video, describe a change in your own words, and generate a transformed result using AI. Generation consumes credits or a plan allowance. Your first result is free to preview at low resolution before any purchase.

AI-generated media disclosure

Results produced by OtherScene are synthetic media generated by artificial intelligence. They may alter or fabricate people, places, objects and events, and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. You are responsible for how you use and label the media you create. Do not present AI-generated results as authentic photographs or footage where doing so would mislead, defraud, or harm others, and comply with any laws requiring disclosure of synthetic media.

Acceptable use

You must not use OtherScene to create, upload, or attempt to create:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors — this is prohibited absolutely and reported where required.
• Non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery of any person.
• Media intended to impersonate, defame, or deceive by depicting a real person doing or saying something they did not — including deceptive deepfakes.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against a person or group.
• Media you do not have the rights to modify, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Anything that violates the usage policies of our AI providers (Google Gemini, Kling / fal.ai) or applicable law.

We screen prompts and may block, refuse, or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce these rules.

Your content and ownership

You retain your rights in the media you upload. Subject to these terms and applicable law, results you generate and unlock are yours to use. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your uploads, produce your results, and operate the service.

Credits, plans and billing

Credits and plan allowances are described in the app and in our Refunds & cancellation page. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtherScene is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
