Refunds & cancellation

This page explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work. If anything is unclear, email otherscene.contact@gmail.com before purchasing.
Subscriptions
Monthly plans bill every month; annual plans bill once for the year and include two months free versus paying monthly. Annual plans deliver their credits monthly across the year rather than all at once. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription in the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining credits through the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a period unless required by law.
Top-ups and credits
One-time credit top-ups are charged immediately and never expire. Because credits can be spent instantly on generation, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once bought.
Failed generations are never charged
If a generation fails, you are not charged for it — credits are only deducted after a result is successfully produced. There is nothing to refund because nothing was taken. If you believe you were charged for a failed generation, contact support and we will make it right.
Requesting a refund
If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or are within a statutory cooling-off period that applies to you, email otherscene.contact@gmail.com with your account email and the charge date. We review refund requests individually and process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
